Radha Paudel Foundation

Radha Paudel Foundation (RPF) is the non-profit organization established in 2017. It is a pioneer organization working for changing the narratives around menstruation from five days bleeding to life cycle approach with the VISION of “creating a regenerative society where menstruators and non-menstruators live with dignity.” Dignified Menstruation (DM) is for preventing SGBV, advancing SRHR and promoting human rights as a cross cutting theme. RPF is building the movement around dignified menstruation at national (Dignified Menstruation Campaign Nepal) level and global (Global South Coalition for Dignified Menstruation) level. RPF calls vacancy in the following positions, will effective from 1 November 2023:

Program Coordinator

Work Station: Kathmandu with frequent field visit

Duration: 1 year with possible extension (with 3 months’ probation periods)

Qualification: Master degree on Social Science, Nursing/Public Health or any relevant field

Experience: Minimum 3 years’ experience around dignified menstruation, SRHR, Human Rights, GBV

Required Skill competencies: project management, fund raising, report writing, familiar with national and international practices, campaigns, advocacy, movements and alliances of dignified menstruation, SRHR, Human Rights, GBV, independently organize workshops/events, research M&E and ability to team management.

Monitoring and Evaluation Coordinator

Work Station: Sarlahi District with a frequent field visit 

Duration: 1 year with possible extension (with 3 months’ probation periods)

Qualification: Master degree on Social Science, Public Health, or any relevant field.

Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in monitoring, evaluation, research around dignified menstruation, SRHR, Human Rights, GBV.

Required skills & competencies: experiences in leading comprehensive M& E plan and execution, quantitative research with some experience with qualitative research, hands on practical experience on planning and managing M&E, professional and critical report writing, communication skills (offline/online), capacity to work in diverse context and coaching and team building.

Advocacy Officer

Working Station: Kathmandu with frequent field visit

Duration: 1 year with possible extension (with 3 months’ probation periods)

Qualification: Master degree on Social Science, Law, or any relevant field.

Experience: Minimum 2 years’ experience of working on DM, SRHR, Human Rights, GBV.

Required skills & competencies: sound knowledge around given themes, competent in comprehensive plans and execution of campaigns/advocacy/movements at all levels, mobilization of diverse stakeholders, sound interpersonal and team building capacity, independently lead the trainings/workshops, craft, publish and disseminate message for diverse audiences, report writing.

Finance Officer

Working Station: Kathmandu with frequent field visit

Duration: 1 year with possible extension (with 3 months’ probation periods)

Qualification: Bachelor degree in Business Administration or Business Studies (Preferable to  Master Degree)

Experience: 2 years of experiences of working in a relevant field.

Required skills & competencies: excellent knowledge on accounting, check vouchers / expenses; petty cash, bank reconciliation statements, planning and execution of program budgets audit action plans, donor reporting, using software’s, Financial Policy, Nepal Accounting Standard (NAS), International Accounting Standard (IAS), Tax, VAT, requirements of government of Nepal, ability to work diverse cultural settings, compliance of SWC approvals, SWC monitoring.

IT Officer

Working Station: Kathmandu with frequent field visit

Duration: 1 year with possible extension (with 3 months’ probation periods)

Qualification: Bachelor degree in Information Technology

Experience: 2 years of experiences of working in related field.

Required skills & competencies: excellent skills on Graphic/web (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) and video editing skills, Producing content and managing social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and websites, photography and videography, Word Press, Mail Chimp, developing flyers, social media promotional posters.

Program Associate

Working Station: Kathmandu with frequent field visit

Duration: 1 year with possible extension (with 3 months’ probation periods)

Qualification: Bachelor degree on Social Science, Public Health or any relevant field

Experience: Minimum 2 years’ experience of working on DM, SRHR, Human Rights, GBV

Required skills & competencies: experience in project cycle/management, event management, interpersonal skills, computing skills, organizational, communication, team building and management, and problem-solving skills, documentation, and coordination.
