Paudel Foundation, attended the third Asia Pacific Feminist Forum (APFF) at Chang Mai, Thailand for three days in September 2017. There we facilitated a workshop entitled ‘Struggles of Women in Nepal in the Era of the 2030 Agenda from Dignified Menstruation to Peace and Development’. Here you can have a look at the program.
More than 350 activists, human right defenders, acadmia, lawyers and global allies were there from 37 different countries. The Foundation appealed to APWLD for addressing on menstrual restriction in Nepal and globally for sustained peace, development, human rights and empowerment.
The Foundation also extended its solidarity for justice for Rohingya in Myanmar and against murder of journalist and activist Gauri Lankesh, India.
