Ms. Anupa Regmi, Program Coordinator

Anupa Regmi has started her activism from childhood, inspire from her aunt, Radha Paudel. She has experienced in gender, gender based violence, menstrual activism, human right and education. She had done tremendous work when she was quite young, pretending dalit women in rural village of west Nepal for CARE Netherlands.She has done two Master’s degrees and Bachelor in Nursing.In addition to RPF, she has been working as Lecturer in the Little Angels Nursing Campus.

Ms. Sapna Poudel, Admin/Finance Officer

Sapna Poudel has a Master’s Degree in Business Administration major in Finance from Kantipur International College, Kathmandu. She has extensive knowledge and has experience working in NGO sectors for the last 4 years.






Mr. Ashwin Karki, Youth Champion

Ashwin Karki is a youth champion for dignified menstruation. He is a self-motivated youth who comes up with a dream to eradicate the stereotypes from society. He has been working to destigmatize menstruation in Nepal for the past three years. He is also the awardee of Youth Inspiration for Gandaki Province and the YUWA Award 2019. He is also currently showing his leadership as a coordinator in Amnesty International – Barahi Youth NetworkCurrently attending Pokhara University for a degree in Development Studies. . He is also the Social Ambassador of GATE Vocational, Pokhara, Nepal.




Ms. Alisha Poudel, Intern

She has been joining Radha Paudel Foundation since October 2018. She worked in Miteri Bio-Degradable sanitary pad, working as a translator, mobilize youths and students in schools in Chitwan, Nawapur, Kathmandu, Kaski, Solukhumbhu, freed Kamiyas at Kailali. She is a certified trainer on dignified menstruation.





Ms. Barina Ghale, UK based member of Radha Paudel Foundation as Fund Raising Intern. She holds a Masters in Poverty and Development from the University of Sussex and a Bachelors degree in Law from Middlesex University. She has had extensive experience volunteering for grassroots organizations within Nepal, Ghana, and has also volunteered for Amnesty International in the UK. Her email:





Mr. Keshab Dhital, Jumla

Mr. Keshab Dhital is from Jumla, has rich in the culture and development perspective of development in Karnali. He is assisting and monitoring the activities in Jumla, Kalikot, and Mugu as voluntarily to RPF. He is so passionate to abolish the Chhaupadi practice as a role model in his community and beyond. He is a young father of a boy.
